When Google and Microsoft changed the rules on email sending, Hugo built the outbound system that became the foundation of Empra. He runs the technical side of every build: the sending stack, the model, the deliverability discipline. He also brings a background in customer success, sales strategy and startup growth.

George leads commercial strategy and runs outbound operations at scale. With a background in B2B sales, partnerships and revenue growth, he brings a commercial lens to everything from campaign strategy down to infrastructure decisions, turning cold outreach into predictable pipeline.
